All "ready to ship" items are shipped within 4 business days of purchase. Any delays will be announced through email.

All "pre-order" items will be shipped according to the projected dates listed in item description at purchase. Any updates or delays will be addressed through email.

All orders are processed with shipping insurance to allow for any extenuating circumstances.. Insurance does not guarantee a replacement or a refund.
